Accelerated Posting of Signed Documents window

Path: Transactions>General>Accelerated Posting of Signed Documents

With the Accelerated Posting of Signed Documents window, you can quickly mark returned patient's documents (orders, CTIs, and face-to-face) as signed.

You must enter the document number that is automatically generated or scan the barcode. When the document appears in the Accelerated Posting of Signed Documents window, you can view its number and type, patient code and name, certification period (start of care), physician name, and status (for more information on statuses, see Document statuses for Accelerated Posting).

If the document is ready to be signed, you must click Save to change its status to Signed (see Accelerated Documents processing).

Note: Only the documents that do not require changes must be scanned in. Documents with changes are handled manually through the Process Signed Documents window.
