Document patient system infections

Path: Patient>Clinical>Adverse Events>Infections

1. In the Patient component, select a patient.
2. Go to Clinical>Adverse Events>Infections.
3. On the Infections tab, add a row to add a new infection system and enter appropriate information in the System properties section.
4. From the Type drop-down list, select body system where the needed infection is located.
5. Enter the start date and comments for the selected system infection in the corresponding fields. If the infection has ended, enter the end date for the selected infection in the End Date field.
6. Save your changes.
