Navigate the BHM: Routine Monitoring screen

Learn how to navigate and view the BHM: Routine Monitoring screen in myEvolv NX.

1. Go to: Taskbar > Behavioral Health Monitoring > BHM > BHM: Routine Monitoring.
2. Apply filters. See the article Use filters in BHM: Routine Monitoring for more information.
   Results: All clients that match the filtered criteria display in the client list. 
3. Select a client to populate the screen.
   • Details in the top section display non-modifiable information related to the client and filters used in the search.
   • Interval defaults to the interval defined in Agency setup. If left blank, the system default internal is 30 minutes.
     Note: Interval is the only field in the information section that can be modified.
     • If modified, all time intervals for that individual automatically update.
     • Navigating away from the client and returning resets the interval to the default value.
       • The Total Time of Service initially displays as 00:00 and updates after each save to show the total duration of times documented.
       • Select Hide Info to collapse the Filter details to allow more room on the screen.
