Manage scheduled tasks in Task Manager

Use the Task Manager in the Supervisor module of myEvolv to update scheduled tasks for subordinates.

When a scheduled task comes and goes, but it will not be completed, you can write off the task instead of deleting it. Note that deleting the task removes the history that the task was ever scheduled. By writing off instead of deleting a task you can maintain this history.

  1. Go to Taskbar > Supervisor > Supervisor > Task Manager.
  2. In the Search Criteria section, specify the criteria to use to select scheduled tasks. For example, select only the Program Responsible to filter the search results to include only scheduled tasks for that program.
  3. In the Scheduled Tasks section:
    • To select all scheduled tasks, click the Delete All box.
    • To cancel all task selections, click the Un-Delete All box.
  4. In the Tasks grid:
    • To delete a task, select the Delete? check box.
    • To write off a task, select the Write Off? check box and select a Write Off Reason.
    • To change the Due Date or Scheduled Date for a task, select a date from the calendar.
Note: The date used for the alerts is the Scheduled Date even if both date fields are present.
    • In the Time box, enter a different time.
    • In the Duration field, enter a different duration.
    • To designate a new staff member to be responsible for the task, in the New Staff Responsible field select the staff member.
  5. Save any changes.
When the All tasks have been saved message displays, select OK.
