Maintain family case critical information

You can view, modify, and add critical information for family cases at Family Cases > Case > Critical Information > Critical Information

Note: You can view or modify only the information for which you have been assigned the appropriate permissions.

The family case Critical Information forms are:

  • Critical Information - View the case's program enrollments. Perform all actions as you would for a client enrollment.
  • Case Member Critical Info - View the individual family case client member's enrollment information.
  • Worker Assignment - View, add, or edit worker assignments for any program where a case is enrolled.
  • Workgroup Assignments - View, add, or edit workgroup assignments for any program where a case is enrolled.
  • Auto Assigned Workgroups - View automatically assigned workgroup assignments for any program where a case is enrolled. On the initial program enrollment done during intake, the administrators workgroups are attached. This gives your administrators access to the client

Information for individual family case members:

  • After you select a family case, select Case Member Critical Info in the toolbar to see critical information for each family case member. Select a member's name to display the Client Personal Information form. This information is also found in the Client module.
  • If the family member is a client, enrollment information displays here. Information changed here will also be changed in the Client module and vise versa.
  • Members who are not a client in the system display in green. You can enroll these member from this form the same as enrolling a new client in the Client module by selecting Create New Intake.
  • Members who are not a client in the system but are an accepted referral display in green. Use this form to enroll family members the same as handling an intake through an accepted referral in the Client module by selecting Create New Intake From Accepted Referral.
  • Once a family member is a client of the agency (enrolled into at least one program), they appear in the member area for critical information where you can see and perform the same operations as the Critical Information form in the Client module.
