Maintain a list of community resources

In myEvolv create client events with the Community Resources form to track types of activities such as swimming or grocery shopping and community resources for a person. 

  1. Go to: Client Client Information > Relationships Community Resources.
  2. From the toolbar, select Client
  3. Search for and select a client.
  4. Select the Community Resources tab.
  5. Click Add New, then click Community Resource.
  6. On the Community Resources form, enter the relevant information. The following fields are required.
    • Type of Resource/Activity - Click the magnifier icon to select an activity from the Relationship - Community Resources dialog.
    • Resource - Click the binocular icon to search for and select an organization from the Outside Organizations dialog.
  7. Click Save.
