Maintain a list of community resources
In myEvolv create client events with the Community Resources form to track types of activities such as swimming or grocery shopping and community resources for a person.
- Go to: Client > Client Information > Relationships > Community Resources.
- From the toolbar, select Client.
- Search for and select a client.
- Select the Community Resources tab.
- Click Add New, then click Community Resource.
- On the Community Resources form, enter the relevant information. The following fields are required.
- Type of Resource/Activity - Click the magnifier icon to select an activity from the Relationship - Community Resources dialog.
- Resource - Click the binocular icon to search for and select an organization from the Outside Organizations dialog.
- Click Save.
