Maintain Foster/Adoptive Home general information

From these locations in myEvolv, view the general information for the foster/adoptive home and track vendor information, managing office, statuses, and household members.

Modify general family information 

  1. From the modules toolbar, select Resource Families
  2. In the Select Family field, enter search criteria and click the magnifying glass. 
  3. Search for and select a family.
  4. Navigate to the appropriate path.
  5. In the General Information pane, modify any of the appropriate fields. Here you can select languages, ethnicity, race, and religion for the family. 

Add household members 

  1. In the General Information pane, under Household Members, click +Add new record.
  2. In the Foster Home Household members dialog, in the Household Member field, click the magnifying glass to search for and select any person in the system. 
  3. In the Role in Foster Home field, click the magnifying glass to search for and select a relationship in the Relationship table dialog. 
  4. Click Update.

Remove household members  

  1. In the General Information pane, under Household Members, select a member.
  2. In the Foster Home Household Members dialog, in the toolbar, click the Delete button. 
  3. If a warning message displays, click OK.

Add a program 

  1. In the General Information pane, under Programs Operated, click +Add new record.  
  2. In the Group Programs dialog, for the Program field, click the magnifying glass to select a program from the Agency/Programs table dialog. 
  3. Click Update.
