Create an eMAR event

Record a medication administration in myEvolv eMAR.

Prerequisite:

  1. Go to: Client > Client Information > Health Information > eMAR.
  2. Search for and select a client.
  3. In the Medication Administration dialog, complete any appropriate information. The following fields are required:
  • Medication - Select a medication from the list of medications the client is currently prescribed.
  • Actual Date/Time - Select a date and time.
  • Date/Time Administered - Select a date and time.
  • By Whom - The system automatically populates this field with the logged in user. Search for and choose a different staff member as needed.
  • Outcome - Select a code in the eMAR outcomes dialog. 
  • Program Providing Service - Search for and choose a program.
  • Facility Providing Service - Search for and choose a facility. 
  1. Click Save.
