Create an eMAR event
Record a medication administration in myEvolv eMAR.
Prerequisite:
- Complete the eMAR setup in myEvolv.
- Go to: Client > Client Information > Health Information > eMAR.
- Search for and select a client.
- In the Medication Administration dialog, complete any appropriate information. The following fields are required:
- Medication - Select a medication from the list of medications the client is currently prescribed.
- Actual Date/Time - Select a date and time.
- Date/Time Administered - Select a date and time.
- By Whom - The system automatically populates this field with the logged in user. Search for and choose a different staff member as needed.
- Outcome - Select a code in the eMAR outcomes dialog.
- Program Providing Service - Search for and choose a program.
- Facility Providing Service - Search for and choose a facility.
- Click Save.
