Amend an event
In myEvolv, once an event is locked, users with permission may amend the event. This takes a snapshot of the event as it exists now, which can never be changed, then allows you to make changes to the current version of the event. Events can be amended from the standard Service Entry form in the Client module as well as the service entry forms in the Referral and Program Referral modules.
In the client module:

In the referral modules, right click:

This will prompt you for a reason. You can either select one or type your own. Then click “Update” to amend the event.

Amended events will appear like they are deleted. Events that have been amended will show the reasons and history:

Deleting Events
When events that have been locked are deleted, the user will now be prompted to enter a delete reason, similar to amending:

Alerts
When an event that has been paid or billed is deleted or amended, an alert will be sent to all members of the finance notification workgroup. The alert will have links to the maintenance forms for all claims/invoices associated with the service. From here you can set actions on the claims.

Security
To allow Worker Roles to amend events: Agency Setup > Staff and Security Setup > Worker Roles > Security for Events

Note that worker role security still does not have any effect inside the referral modules. We plan to implement this in a future release.

To add amend/delete reasons to be selected from the look-up tables: Setup > System Table Maintenance - Simple > Tables
