View Calls

Complete the steps in this topic to view a recorded call.

View and Filter Calls 

Note: By default, only the calls processed by the current user today are displayed.

  1. To refine the calls displayed in the list, complete any of the following optional steps as appropriate:
  • To see all calls received by other users, deselect the My Calls Only checkbox on the Call Center toolbar. 
  • To change the date range, update From and To fields.
  • To further filter the calls, a filter based on data displayed in listing can be used, same as in any other listing:
  1. Click Refresh.
