View Staff Member Calendars 

To view appointments scheduled for specific staff members, you must view staff member calendars. You can view multiple staff members' calendars simultaneously.

  1. Navigate to the following path: Taskbar > Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Front Desk Daily Check In.
  2. In the toolbar, click the Calendar button. 
  3. In the left pane, expand the Select a staff option. 
  4. Select one or more staff members from the list and click Go

Open Multiple Calendars Simultaneously (Multi-Browser) 

To view more than one staff member's calendar, multi-select all relevant staff members in the Select a staff option and click Go

System Result: All calendars will display with the staff member names and date labeled above the view. 

Change the Calendar View 

You can filter the calendar view to display a specific staff member's calendar or you can view multiple staff members' calendars simultaneously.  You can modify the view to display day, week, or month. 

  1. Navigate to the following path: Taskbar > Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Front Desk Daily Check In.
  2. In the toolbar, click the Calendar button. 
  3. To toggle the calendar view between Day, Work Week, and Month, select the buttons in the upper-right portion of the screen. 

Note: Without selecting a staff member, your calendar will not display any scheduled items. 

System Result: Based on your selection, the calendar display will adjust to show the amount of days as appropriate.

Change the Date 

  1. Navigate to the following path: Taskbar > Attendance Check In/Out > Check In/Out > Front Desk Daily Check In.
  2. In the toolbar, click the Calendar button. 
  3. At the top of the screen, to change the date, toggle the arrows forward or back. 
  4. Select the down arrow to display a calendar to select a date.
