Train the Trainer - Case Management Training Guide
The two-day course is intended for myEvolv CS system users who perform Case Management duties. This training assumes that client data, enrollment information, and Family Case data will have been previously entered or will be entered by other staff. The scenarios presented in the training are not intended to cover every business scenario, but they will cover the information necessary for effectively using the system.
This is a Train the Trainer course. It will cover all aspects of the system relating to Case Management. If, in your agency or program, the people who will be performing case management will also be entering new client data, this training should be customized by your agency to include portions of the Client Management Training.

- Enter Family Case services and apply them to individual case members
