Train the Trainer - Client Management Training Guide
This two-day course is designed for myEvolv CS system users who process referrals and/or intake, manage, update, or require access to Client data. If a staff member who processes referrals and intakes is the same person who provides services and treatment, that person would need to attend this training and the Case Management training.
The scenarios presented in this guide are not intended to cover every type of business scenario. Some scenarios may not exactly translate to your business practices, but the concepts presented will apply.
This course is a Train-the-Trainer course. Its objectives are to show all aspects of the system relating to referral and intake and to enable the attendees to customize their end user trainings to meet their own business requirements.
