Undelete a Deleted Service

Overview

The undelete action is available for billed services only. Users that have rights to undelete will be able to recall a deleted billed service. If the user does not have right to undelete then they will not be able to do so.

Note: If you delete an unbilled service, you cannot undelete via the interface.

A billed service that has been deleted remains on the screen with a strike-through.

Menu path

Agency Setup > Event Setup > People > Events Setup

Grant Users Access to Undelete a Service

  1. Navigate to the following path: Agency Setup > Event Setup > People > Events Setup.
  2. In the toolbar, click Event Category. Search for and select the appropriate event category.  
  3. Click Edit edit form in a new window.jpg to edit the event category.
  4. In the Edit form, select the Security for Event tab. 
  5. For each appropriate listed worker role, select the Undelete checkbox.

System Result: A user is now able to undelete a  billed service:
