Use the Adjustment/Replacement claims action

This video demonstrates the entire Adjustment process from beginning to end, explaining what occurs in each step of the process. In AR Management in version 11.0.0050, the Adjustment action has been changed to Adjustment/Replacement. This action, both prior to and in version 11.0.0050, creates a new Claim Frequency 7 claim. This scenario expects the funder to withdraw payment on the claim you worked and then pay the new adjustment claim.
