Set up programs
In myEvolv a program represents particular treatment and has a defined set of services provided to clients and family cases. A program can also represent a funding stream that is paying for those services. A program can provide one or many services. Services are organization-wide and are associated with each program.
The following program categories are available:
- Care Day - Agency Setup > Agency > Program Setups > Care Day: Care Day programs are programs where billing is based on an individual's placement for a day, such as a Residential Home. Individuals can only be enrolled in one Care Day program at a given time.
- Respite - Agency Setup > Agency > Program Setups > Respite: Respite programs are typically used for temporary placement. For example, respite programs may be used for individuals currently enrolled in a Care Day program that display disruptive behavior and require temporary placement in a Respite program to receive additional supports and oversight for a period of time.
- Outpatient & Other - Agency Setup > Agency > Program Setups > Outpatient & Other: Outpatient and Other includes all other types programs, such as Clinic and Education, Day Habilitation, Counseling and so on.
