Restore access to locked out user
Overview
If your system is set to lock out user after failed logins (Setup>System>EvolvCS System Setup>System Settings/Preferences) 'Block Login Name after failed Login attempts' or 'Block IP Address after failed login attempts' then a system administrator must restore access.
The user name will be listed under User Lockout (Taskbar>System Maintenance>System Maintenance>Utilities). This needs to be deleted to restore access.
Resolution
When the user attempts to log into the system they get a message that they are locked out:

System administrator needs to unlock the account:

Click on the User Lock tab. All users that are currently locked out are listed here:

You must delete the lockout to restore access to the user:

Now the user can successfully access the system again.
