Grant access to Homeview widgets
The widgets available on the Homeview are determined by the security scheme assigned to a worker. For example, a finance specialist security scheme might have access to the Remittances Requiring Action widget but not the Notes to Complete widget, which deals with progress notes.
Some users have the flexibility to add or remove widgets from the Homeview.
- Go to Agency Setup > Other Setups > MyEvolv Setup > MyEvolv Setup.
Result: A list of all Homeview widgets displays. - In a widget row select Actions and select Open Form.
- For the Order Number, enter a number that determines the order that the widget displays on the Homeview.
- Select the Is Active check box to make the widget available to be associated with a security scheme.
- In the Security Scheme grid, select the plus sign '+' and choose a security scheme to give staff members with that security scheme access to the widget.
Note: The widgets include the option to add security the same way as the rest of the system. The exception in this area is that the Add, Edit, Delete, (and other) fields do not impact how users interact with the widget. A security scheme only needs to have 'Access'. - Select Save.
