Give staff access to view completed events

Staff access to view completed events in Front Desk NX is by navigation scheme. For staff to have access to completed events in Front Desk NX, do not select the 'Limit view of Completed Events in Front Desk' option for the navigation scheme.

  1. Go to Agency Setup > Staff and Security Setup > Navigation Access > Access Definition
  2. Select Navigation Scheme and select a security scheme.
  3. In the Scheme Information section, make sure the 'Limit View of Completed Events in Front Desk' check box is not selected. 
  4. Select Save.
