Give staff access to Front Desk NX
Staff access to Front Desk NX is by navigation scheme.
In addition to access, you can indicate if staff members with the navigation scheme are allowed to add, edit, and delete events.
- Go to Agency Setup > Staff and Security Setup > Navigation Access > Access to Forms.
- Select Navigation Scheme.
- Search for and select a scheme.
- Go to Attendance Check In/Out and select the drop-down arrow.
- For Front Desk NX, click in the Has Access column until a green check mark displays.
- For each action (Add, Edit, and Delete), click in the column until a green check mark displays.
- Select Save.
