Set up a family case service

 

A service facility is credited for family case services provided by the programs (support groups) at the facility.

  1. Go to Agency Setup > Services Setup > By Program > Family Case Services.
  2. In the Program list, in a program row click Actions, then Open Form.
  3. Select the Program.
  4. In the Service Facilities Group Services Provided By section, define the group service events offered at the facility. 
  5. For Service Event, select a group service.
  6. For Service Facility Type, select the type of facility that offers the service. 
  7. For Service Facility (Leave empty for all), select the facility where the service takes place, or leave this field blank for all facilities.
  8. Select the Default Location where the service will occur.
  9. Select the Can Submit? check box. The following check boxes are enabled.
    • Auto-Submit/Sign? 
    • Note Required To Submit/Sign? 
  10. Select the Electronically Signed? check box.
  11. Select the Routing Workflow Scheme
  12. Enter an Item Description for the service event. 
  13. Select the Extract Service Code
  14. Select the Use for Performance Target Report? check box to include the service event in the Performance Target report.
  15. Select the Draft Service Option check box. Selecting this option enables the Keep open on Draft Save check box to indicate the event should remain open upon saving a draft.
  16. Select the Is Active check box.
  17. Click Save.
