User List Management

Group workflow users into lists that can be assigned to receive workflow notifications. This list is available to all users at the facility.

Avatar CWS > RADplus Utilities > Workflow Management > User List Management

Prerequisites:

  • User roles must be defined in the User Role Definition form.
  • Users must be able to receive notifications (Notifications Users form).

Edit User Lists

  1. Click Edit.

  2. Select the user list, click Ok.

New User Lists

  1. Click Create.

  2. A dialog displays. Enter a user list ID, click Ok.

  3. In the Workflow Notification User List Description field, enter the description.

  4. In the Deactivated field, select Yes to make the user list unavailable. Deactivating a user list does not delete it from myAvatar .

Additional Sections

Workflow Users Section

  1. In the Workflow Users table, click Add New Item.

  2. In the Select User field, enter the clinician's name, click Enter to select.

Workflow User Roles Section

  1. In the Workflow User Roles table, click Add New Item.

  2. Click Select User Role. The Select User Role dialog displays. Select the user role; click Ok.

  3. When finished, click Submit.
    Use the Notification User List Display form to view user list information.
