NX View Definition
In myAvatar NX, use the NX View Definition form to assign myDay and Client Dashboard views, choose additional Console Views, and select Quick Actions for a user or user role.
Prerequisites:
- The user is created in User Definition.
- Views are created in View Definition.
- Go to RADplus Utilities > Widget Management > NX View Definition.
- For User or Role:
- Select User and search for and select the user.
OR - Select User Role and search for and select the user role.
- Select User and search for and select the user.
- Select the appropriate myDay view.
- Select the appropriate Client Dashboard view.
- Optional. Select Additional myDay Views to associate additional Console Views with the user or user role. These Console Views display to the right of the myDay View.
Note: Additional Console Views need to be defined as Home Views in View Definition. Also, additional Console Views are associated with the user or user role and are not anchored to a myDay View. - In the Select Additional Views window, choose the check boxes for the views to add and select OK.
Result: The views display in the right panel where you can drag and drop the views to reorder them. - Optional. Select Quick Actions to assign quick actions to the Quick Actions widget.
- Select OK.
- Select File to save the changes.
- If applicable, select the Delete button to remove these changes.
