Define mental retardation library items, and item links.

Prerequisites:

  • A library must be defined through the Library Setup (MR) form.
  • The library must have an associated need or desire (created in the Dictionary Maintenance (MR) form).
  • Goals, objectives, and interventions are created in the Dictionary Maintenance (MR) form.
  1. The Select Library screen displays.
    Libraries are defined in the Library Setup (MR) form.
  2. In the Library Name/ID field enter the library ID, click Ok.
  3. In the Need/Desire field, select the need or desire.
  4. If appropriate, in the Problem Definitions, Goals, and Suggested Diagnosis fields, enter the item name, click Process Search. Click Ok.
  5. If appropriate, click Clear Entries to remove the order.
  6. Click File.
