Objective to Support Plan Section

Establish the individual plan component links between the Objectives and Support Plans.

  1. In the Need/desire field, select the need or desire.
  2. In the Goals field, select the goal.
  3. In the Objectives field, select the objective.
  4. In the Type of Support Plan field, select the support plan type. Click Ok.
  5. In the Support Plan field, select the support plan, click Process Search. Click Ok.
  6. Click File.
