Library Setup (MR)

Define mental retardation treatment plan libraries.

Prerequisites:

• At least one problem must be created in the Dictionary Maintenance (MR) form.

1. To define a new library:

• In the Library Name/ID field enter the library ID, and click Select Library Name.
• If the library is not found the New button is enabled.
• Click New. An ID assigned message displays. Click Ok to accept the library ID.
• In the Library field enter the library name.
  Library IDs start with number 10000 and above.

2. To edit an existing library, in the Library Name/ID field enter the library ID, click Select Library Name. Click Ok.
3. In the Need/Desire field, enter the need or desire name, click Process Search. Click Ok.
4. The Current Order field displays the need or desire order.
5. If appropriate, click Clear Entries to remove the need or desire order.
6. Click Submit.
