myAvatar - Administrator - Modeling - Day 2
This program is about form design, data collection, and basic modeling in myAvatar RADplus, including an introduction to event logic to create intuitive forms and improve data entry. After the learning the basic concepts, you will incorporate advanced event logic and table aliasing to improve workflow and increase data capture, such as service entry upon completion of an assessment.
You will then review the site-specific modeling tool within myAvatar, explore the differences between modeling and site-specific modeling, examine how the data is stored within the tables, and learn how to modify reports when site-specific data is added to core forms. By fully utilizing site-specific modeling, you can leverage core system functionality while improving your organization’s ability to address data collection needs.
The last emphasis will be on the user experience. Event logic and product custom logic will be explored for improving form usability. Additionally, you will explore templates, Templates on Demand, Form Bundler, Chart View properties, and reporting options for your newly-modeled form to improve data accuracy and the ability to use the data meaningfully.
