myAvatar - Administrator - Client Management - Day 1

This course covers topics related to utilizing the myAvatar widgets, views, and menus to navigate the system efficiently.

Objectives:

  • Client information such as bed assignments, program transfer, leaves, return from leaves, and leave status changes
  • Client inpatient episode(s) of care from admission to discharge
  • Disclosure of client information
  • Caseload assignments, client consents, legal status, and updating information throughout the client’s episode(s) of care from admission to discharge. 
  • Site Registration, Group Management, Practitioner Termination, management of staff hours and exceptions, system defaults, and scheduling reports
  • All appointments for both client, and staff throughout the client’s episode(s) of care from admission to discharge.
