Duplicate Services Selection - Registry Setting

This registry setting allows you to specify whether or not duplicate component services should be counted more than once in a roll-up, when creating a roll-up definition.

'Y' adds the following fields to the Roll-Up Services Definition form.

  • Can Duplicate Services Provided Within The Defined Service Date(s) Be Counted More Than Once
    • Select Yes to include component services in the roll-up service definition. These component services will be rolled-up the number of times they were rendered.
    • Select No to include the component service with the greatest duration in the roll-up service definition.
  • Exclude Duplicate Services Provided Within The Defined Period
    • Select Day to exclude duplicate services that occur on the same day.
    • Select Week to exclude duplicate services that occur within the same week.
    • Select Month to exclude duplicate services that occur within the same month.

Selecting 'N' removes these fields from the form.
