Duplicate Date/Time Checking - Registry Setting

'Y' prevents submitting the following forms if there is an existing client movement with the same date and time has been entered in the form:

Admission, Admission (Outpatient), Pre Admit, Program Transfer, Program Transfer (Outpatient), Leaves, Return From Leaves, Discharge, and Pre Admit Discharge.

'N' disables this functionality in the above forms.
