Define the display of units in the 'Unit' field on the 'Verify Unit Census' form.

The default functionality displays units in the 'Unit' field that have been verified.

'S' display verified units

'Y' do not display verified units

'E' do not display verified units when the form is opened. Display verified when a date is entered in the 'Date Verified From' and 'Date Verified Through' fields.
