Do Not Include Component Modifiers in Roll-Up Service - Registry Setting

When set to 'Y' roll-up services will not include the component modifiers.

Select 'N' for the default functionality.

When the registry setting is set to 'Y', if the component services have modifiers, the system will not include those modifiers on the roll-up service. If the registry setting is set to 'N', the system will include the modifiers from the component service when creating the roll-up service. If no value is specified for this registry setting, the default functionality is 'N'.
