Client Triggers - Table Based Triggers Section

Create triggers to occur when a SQL table is submitted, or updated.

  1. Go to: RADplus Utilities > Database Management > Client Triggers > Table Based Triggers
  2. In the Table Based Triggers table, click Add New Item.
  3. In the Client Alert Types field, select the client alert type.
Client alerts are defined in the Alert Types form.
  4. In the Number of Days Alert Should be Active field, enter the number of days the alert will be active once the trigger is activated.
  5. In the Trigger On field, select what kind of event triggers the client alert:
    • Episode Initial Submission or Table Update - when the table is submitted for a client and episode, or the table is updated.
    • Episode Initial Submission - the first time the table is submitted for a client and episode.
    • Episode Table Update - each time the table is updated for a client and episode.
    • Initial Submission or Table Update - when the table is first submitted for a client, or the table is updated.
    • Initial Submission - the first time the table is submitted for a client.
    • Table Update - each time the table is updated.
Updating a client episode triggers this event.
  6. If appropriate, in the Offset Trigger Based On The Following Date field, select the date field used to change the trigger start date.
Date fields associated with the table selected in the Table field (Client Triggers section) are available.
  7. In the Days Before/After Date Field to Offset Trigger field, enter the number of days for the trigger date offset.
    Note:
    • Positive numbers trigger the event that number of days later.
    • Negative numbers trigger the event that number of days earlier.
    • Entering "0" uses the date from the date field.
  8. Select Submit.
