Site Specific Section Modeling Import/Export

Export or import site specific section data in an XML file.

RADplus Utilities > Modeling > Site Specific Section Modeling Import/Export

Prerequisites:

Export

  1. In the Select Form to Export field, choose the site specific section.

  2. Click Begin Export to export the form.
    The Envelope Export dialog displays. Navigate to the directory where the file will be stored, click Save.

Import

  1. To import, click Select Import File.
    The Site Specific Section Modeling Import dialog displays.

  2. Navigate to the file, click Open. When the system has finished uploading the file, you will see a File Upload Complete message and the following fields will become enabled.

    • Load Help Messages - Select whether or not to load associated help messages with this file. You can choose to load messages from the Current Root System Code, from All Root System Codes, or none at all.
      Help messages are added through the Data Element Help Message Definition form.

    • Load Un-Locked Dictionary Entries - Select whether or not to load un-locked dictionaries entries associated with this file.

    • Load Locked Dictionary Entries - Select whether or not to load locked dictionary entries associated with this file.

  3. Click Begin Import Scan.
    The Import File Scan Results field displays errors found in the site specific modeling import. Errors prevent the site specific section from being imported. Files with errors must be fixed and imported again.

  4. If the file import has no errors, Process Import File is enabled. Click Process Import File to complete the process.
