Widget - Review Progress Notes

  • The Progress Note widget displays and filters progress notes (according to system codes that your system administrator grants permission to access). 
  • Progress Notes are sorted in date order from newest to oldest.
  • Service and appointment notes will be sorted by the date of service and independent notes will be sorted by data entry date.

  1. In the Client and Staff widget, select a client. Their information will populate in the Progress Notes widget.

  2. In the Previous Days field, enter the number of days before the current date to display progress note information.

  3. In the Selection field, select choose the progress note type.
    Progress notes for the type that were recorded in the time period display.
    Choose All Notes to display all progress notes for the date period.

  4. Progress note information for the client displays.

This widget will only filter by system codes if Limit Episodes to Current System Code in Chart View is enabled.
