Remove Form
Remove forms, inquiries, reports, and form bundles from myAvatar .
- SQL tables and reports associated with a removed item remain available in myAvatar .
- Removed reports can be filed again in the Import Report form.
- Removed forms can be filed again in the Form Definition form.
- Removed form bundles can be created again in the Form Bundler form.
- Go to RADplus Utilities > Menu Manager > Remove Form.
- In the Form For Removal field, select the form to remove.
- Removing a form from a form bundle, makes the form bundle inaccessible from the myAvatar menu.
- Click Print Current Menu to generate a report of myAvatar form menus.
- Click Submit.
