Post Filing Section

Set up a report that will be generated automatically when the form is filed.

Prerequisites:

  1. In the Is There a Post Filing Report field, select Yes to add a report.

  2. In the Post Filing Report field, select the report. The reports are added in the Import Reports form.

  3. In the Send Post Filing Report Directly to Default Printer field,

  • Select Yes to send the report to the user’s default printer. 
  • Select No to display the report through the myAvatar report viewer.
  1. In the Show Post Filing Report Group Tree field, select Yes to display the report group tree.

  2. In the 'Report Parameters' fields, select the parameters in the order they will display in the SQL parameter screen. Primary table columns in the user-defined form can be selected.

  3. When finished, click Submit.
