Automated MSO 835 Process Status

This widget displays the statuses of the EOBs in MSO's automated 835 process.

All EOBs are sorted manually or automatically with Denied Vouchers segregation.

  • Files for which an 835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice file has not yet been generated are listed in the widget with an 835 status of Error.
  • Files for which an 835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice file has been generated but encountered one or more errors in 835 file generation are listed in the widget with an 835 status of Incomplete.
  • Files for which an 835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice file has been successfully generated, as well as all EOBs sorted without Denied Voucher segregation are not list in the widget.

The EOB results list, Provider Name (ID), EOB ID, EOB Date, and 835 Status.

For all Incomplete line items, the EOB ID value acts as a link. Clicking this link generates the myAvatar MSO Auto 835 Process Error report, which includes the error reasons from 835 incomplete sorting, Voucher ID,Claims Processing Batch ID, and a listing of clients/claims/services included in EOB.

RADplus 2015 Middleware Release 2 Build 1632 or higher is required for report launching from this widget.
