Export a text file of the 'RADplus_audit_database_tables' SQL table, or purge that table and the 'RADplus_audit_binary_tables' SQL table.

Note: Purging permanently removes data from the SQL tables. If this information will be needed at a later date, it is recommended that a text file be created before the information is purged.

  1. Go to: (Avatar PM, myAvatar CWS) > RADplus Utilities > Database Management
  2. In the Entity Database field, select the database.
    Result: The Tables field populates available tables.
  3. In the Through Date field, enter the last date to include.
  4. In the Tables field, select the SQL tables.
  5. In the Export or Purge field:
  • Select Export to copy the data to a text file. A dialog displays the SQL tables that were exported, the filename and location for each text file.
  • Select Print to print the dialog information. Select Ok to close the dialog, and close the form.
  • Select Purge to remove the information from the SQL tables.
    Result: A dialog displays. Select Yes to purge the data.
