Avatar CareFabric Community Alerts

In myAvatar, if a client alert marked as Community Alert is assigned to a patient, CareFabric alerts are raised within the Avatar My To Do's list. The CareFabric alerts will be raised when the community alert is assigned to a client as well as when it is removed or disabled.
