Add a unit to an inpatient facility

For agencies with inpatient facilities, units can be added to myAvatar through the Dictionary Update form.

1. Go to Avatar PM > RADplus Utilities > Dictionary and Table Maintenance > Dictionary Update.
2. In the File drop-down, search for and select Client.
3. Choose whether to search the Data Element by description or number. Select (202) Unit.
4. Enter the new Dictionary Code, Dictionary Value, and Extended Dictionary Data Element for the new unit.
5. Select Apply Changes.
