Dictionary Update Grid

Using the Dictionary Update Grid.

• Add new dictionary items.
  Select a row number, click New Row. Enter the values for the dictionary item.
  Dictionary Code may not contain ampersands (&).

• Delete dictionary items.
  Select a row number, click Delete Rows.

• Change dictionary values.
  Select a dictionary cell, change the value.

• Copy values between rows.
  Select a cell, click Copy Cell. Select the cell to match and click Paste Cell.

• Activate, and deactivate dictionary items.
  Select a dictionary cell, in the Active column choose Yes.

• Change extended dictionaries.
  If a dictionary has extended dictionary fields, select a cell to edit.
  When finished, click Ok.
