Acuity Compile

Manually compile acuity scores based on date, unit, and client.

Prerequisites:

  • This form allows you to run the acuity compile process manually. To have the process run automatically, use the Compile and Post Acuity Scores feature available on the System Task Scheduler.
  • Note: For performance considerations, we only allow compiling for multiple clients at the current date and for clients active in a program as of the time of compile.

Compile the Acuity File

Generate a preliminary report of acuity scores for client identified in the compilation parameters, by unit an client. Compiling will not file acuity scores into the system.

  1. Go to: Avatar RADplus > Acuity > Acuity Compile
  2. In the Options field, select Compile
Choosing to compile an acuity file while leaving all other fields blank will compile all clients without any filtering.
  3. In the Compile Date field, enter the date of the compile. This determines the starting point at which records are picked up, in conjunction with the date range specified by acuity rules.
  4. In the Compile Time field, enter the time of the compile.
  5. In the Unit field, specify which units to include in the compile.
  6. In the Program field, select which programs to include in the compile.
  7. In the Individual Client Or All field, select whether to compile acuity scores for All clients or only one Individual client.
    • If Individual, search for and select the specific client in the Client ID field.

  9. Click Submit.
