RADplus Modeling Setup

Define a field in an Avatar RADplus modeled form to display ProviderConnect user data.

For detail on RADplus modeled form features/fields supported in ProviderConnect, please refer to 'Netsmart ProviderConnect Modeled Forms/Functions' document.

Details

Track ProviderConnect user data access, for auditing purposes.

Note: This feature is optional, and does not effect ProviderConnect or Avatar operation.

  • The Avatar modeled form and its primary table must contain a field called 'ProviderConnectUser'.

  • Once defined, the user name and time of entry will be sent from data filed in ProviderConnect to the modeled form in Avatar.

  • The data will be display only.

Table Definition Form (Column Definition section)

  1. Add an item to the Column Definition table.

  2. Define the column as 'ProviderConnectUser' (case sensitive).

  3. Select 'Non Scrolling Free Text' in the Type of Column field.

  4. In the Non Scrolling Text Width field, enter 60 as a maximum length.

  5. File the form.

Form Definition (Object Definition section)

The ProviderConnectUser field can be placed anywhere in the modeled form. The field will be enabled in Avatar and ProviderConnect.

  1. Add an item to the Object Definition table.

  2. In the Type of Object field, select Table Column.

  3. In the Initially Required field, select No.

  4. In the Initially Enabled field, select No.

  5. In the Object Width field, select Half Screen.

  6. In the Force New Page field, select No.

  7. File the form.

ProviderConnect Application Build Form (Avatar PM)

  1. Open the ProviderConnect Application Build form.

  2. File the form.

Manage Dynamic Forms link (ProviderConnect)

  1. Click Clear Dynamic Forms Cache.

  2. A Web browser screen displays confirming the cache has been cleared.
