Report Definition - ProviderConnect NX

Managing organizations can configure Crystal Reports for contracting providers to run on demand within ProviderConnect NX. After configuring reports, use Report Definition to bring the report into myAvatar and ProviderConnect NX.

In Report Definition, only certain parameter types and entity selections are supported for ProviderConnect NX. These parameters help control the access security configured in System Code Definition and ProviderConnect NX Defaults. For example, when you configure a program-based report, ProviderConnect NX filters the available program search results based on the programs associated with the logged in system code.

To publish a report in ProviderConnect NX, you must configure the report with at least one of the parameter types or entities in the following table. 

Note: If a report is configured with a parameter type or entity other than those listed in this table, the report will not be available in ProviderConnect NX.

After adding a report to the system in Report Definition, the only step needed to publish the report in ProviderConnect NX is to update form access within any applicable user role(s). myAvatar will recognize any PM, CWS, or MSO report that is configured with a supported entity lookup and add it to the list of available forms.
