When the following data is defined in Avatar PM and MSO it interacts with ProviderConnect.
Details
Listed below are Avatar forms that enable providers to work with information in ProviderConnect.
Filing one of the forms (Avatar PM and Avatar MSO) sends the corresponding data from that form to ProviderConnect.
Clients

Clients must be entered in Avatar PM (Admission form). ProviderConnect and Avatar access the same client ID.

Client information is sent to ProviderConnect when the client is admitted to a treatment program in the Admission form (Avatar PM).
Contracting providers

The contracting provider must be setup in the Applying Contracting Provider form (Avatar MSO).

Contracting providers are automatically assigned provider access in ProviderConnect.
Funding sources

Funding sources are setup in the Funding Source Registration form (Avatar MSO).
CPT and revenue codes

CPT codes are defined in the CPT Code Definition form (Avatar MSO).

Revenue codes are defined in the Revenue Code Definition form (Avatar MSO).
