Delete Last Movement - PM
Delete the last client movement in an episode.
For clients with:
- Inpatient episodes - deleting the last movement will remove the client's bed assignment. If a bed assignment is required it must be re-entered in the Bed Assignment form.
If the original discharge discontinued all inpatient orders. Those orders will not be reinstated with Delete Last Movement. Providers will be required to review the current condition of the patient and determine appropriateness for restarting the orders. Users can easily identify orders that were discontinued at the time of discharge by filtering for a status of Discontinued Upon Discharge. - Episodes that contain program transfers - deleting the last movement, if it is a transfer movement, transfers the client to their last treatment program.
Note: If there are forms containing data for that episode, you will receive a message:
"There is data submitted within the associated CWS application for this episode number. Do you want to continue?"
When you submit Delete Last Movement, you are deleting all data that was filed to that episode, including Product and Modeled forms.
Prerequisites: All services must be deleted before a client movement can be deleted (see the Delete Service form).
