Configure Delete Service Display - Registry Setting

This registry setting allows you to define the columns to display in the Delete Service form. 

Enter items in the order they will display. Separate multiple Items with '&', with no spaces.

1 - Date Of Svc

2 - Service

3 - PracID

4 - Ep

5 - Units

6 - Cost

7 - Program

8 - Status (Open/Closed/Claimed)

9 - join_to_tx

10 - NOT_uniqueid

11 - Claim Number

12 - Start Time

The default setting is: 1&2&3&4&5&6 (Date of Svc, Service, PracID, Ep, Units and Cost).
