Client Delete - PM

Use the Client Delete form to completely remove a client's record from myAvatar PM.

Note: Deleting a client with balances for services rendered in a closed accounting period can create reconciliation issues in the current accounting period.

Prerequisites:

  • Using the Delete Last Movement form, all client movements must be deleted before the client can be deleted.

  1. Go to Avatar PM > System Maintenance > Client Maintenance > Client Delete.
  2. In the Client field, enter the client name/ID and select a value from the Results list.
  3. Click Display Client to display the Client Demographic Information report, which details basic client demographic information.
    • Print and/or save this report, as necessary.
  4. Once the report has been closed, click Submit to process the deletion.
