Change MR # - PM

Use the Change MR# form to change a client ID number to something specific or let the system auto-assign the next available value.

Note: This form is not available for applications with MPI enabled. Facilities with MPI enabled should use the Change MPI MR # form.

  1. Go to Avatar PM > System Maintenance > Client Maintenance > Change MR#.
  2. In the Client ID field, enter the client name/ID and select a value from the Results list.
  3. The New Client ID field displays the new client ID number that will be assigned when this form is submitted.
  4. Click Assign MR# to display the Auto-Assign dialog box to assign a system-generated client ID number.
  5. In the Auto-Assign Next ID Number? dialog, click No to specify a client ID number.
  6. Click Submit.
